Wally has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986. He has received the designations of CRS, ABR, GRI, CRB and CDPE. Wally graduated from Baylor University in 1974 with a BBA. He has been a previous owner in a manufacturer's representative agency, a medical supply business, and a commercial and residental property management business. He is the owner/broker of RE/MAX Centx Associates, LLC.
Wally enjoys working with people, mentoring students, and developing quality real estate professionals. He participates in the Chamber of Commerce Business Link Program with Georgetown ISD. He enjoys his family, hunting, outdoor activities, and has completed five Austin Marathons. Wally is an active member of First Baptist Church, Georgetown, where he is a deacon and an active life group member.
Annette has been a licensed agent since 1999. She has received the designations of GRI, ABR and CRS. Annette achieved a personal business goal in April 2007 by obtaining her Broker's license. Annette has a Master's Degree in Education from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University. She taught first and second grades in the public school system for fifteen years.
Annette is actively involved in First Baptist Church, Georgetown. She sings Alto on the Praise Team and is VP of the adult choir.
Wally & Annette have been married for over thirty years. Their son, Justin, owns American Irrigation in Georgetown, and is married to Ashly Holmstrom-Wilson, an agent with RE/MAX Centx Associates, LLC and they had their first child, a daughter - Avery, in September 2004. In April 2008, they had a son - Wade. Their daughter, Lindsay, graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos as a Business major in May 2004 and is also an broker/agent with RE/MAX Centx Associates. She is married to Brandon Currey of Georgetown.
