Ok, so when is the selling season?  Technically, all year in Georgetown, Texas.  But statistically 70% of the market is consummated in the 2nd and 3rd quarters - the months of April - September.  But guess what, these are closing dates!  So if you are thinking about selling, it is time to really get with it. 

If you are "For Sale" today, get the house staged and right priced...NOW!

Statistically, you really want to take advantage of the additional traffic to pick up an offer.  Normally the traffic falls in September and October.  So really focus on the next 2 months.  I would evaluate the agent feedback and number of showings, and then make an educated decision on what needs to be done and how it needs to be Right Priced.
