Well, my last article I raised the thought of how to make $50K in your next real estate deal in 60 days.  Yes, I know we see that every night on “Flip this House” or “Real Estate Confidential” or whatever silly real estate show is on the 10-15 channels that are available for all people to watch and wish.

Well, it is early Tuesday morning, and I have just gotten my newest update on the stats for our Austin Texas MLS data.  I wish I could tell you differently, but the sold data continues to fall in units sold.  This pattern started the 1st week in July, and it continues to follow that same path.  At present we are tracking sold volume for the year 2004.  2005 and 2006 were about 2400 units sold, 2007 about 1800.  I don’t see any changes in the call volume or agent activity.  So I would presume that those numbers would stay the same for the next several months. 

Well, it is early November and the seasons are starting to change again. 

I always have a sense of excitement this time of year.  Football season is in full swing, daylight savings time has just done it's thing and it’s almost Holiday Season.
